Shipping Information

We work to get every order processed and shipped as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during new drops, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

  • 🌍 International: 7–14 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or external factors outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns

We accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
  • Items returned after the return window

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
